Podraza CPA, PLLC respects the privacy of visitors to podrazacpa.com. We intend for this site to complement the services that our firm provides. The Podraza CPA privacy statement provides information about the types of information collected and disseminated by this site and our company.

Internal Revenue Code Section 7216 prohibits tax preparers from disclosing, without your consent, your income tax information, other than for the specific purpose of preparing, assisting in preparing or obtaining and providing services in connection with the preparation of your income tax returns.

 

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our practice except as required or permitted by law and Ethics Rulings of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  We may disclose information to our employees or unrelated third parties, but only to assist us in providing services to you.  Those employees and third parties understand and are bound by Podraza CPA, PLLC’s confidentiality standards.
